CHEZ SUE AND DAVID TRIVETT

We welcome you to this lovely south-west corner of the Dordogne – part of the Nouvelle Aquitaine region. Our renovated farmhouse with its panoramic view of the valley and vineyard will help you to relax and put you in the holiday mood. 

Whilst undertaking the renovation of this farmhouse we have tried to keep the old world character whilst creating a welcoming and light airy modern space. Le Studio has been created as a self-contained unit, but connected to the main house, and offers a bedroom, a shower with WC, a kitchenette with table to benefit from the 180° view along the valley. It has its own fenced terrace and small garden area and its own entrance.

All linen and towels are supplied to both the above rooms as well as toiletries etc and there is free Wifi . The whole property has heating and is well insulated so you can be cosy even out of season.

If you don’t already know the area we can help having lived here since the late 90’s and are happy to share our knowledge. So if you need inspiration as to where to visit or if you would like advice on property purchase etc do not hesitate to ask as Sue worked in Estate Agency here in the Dordogne for 20 years before retiring at the end of 2018 and we have enjoyed exploring the area ourselves – you won’t be disappointed, it’s fascinating and very beautiful.

The view below shows the beautiful valley with its vines and forest and the walking track leading into the woods. There's a good circular walk that brings you back to Vineyard View along the lane, just in time for a cooling drink!
